Where do you ship?

Currently we only ship to the US.

What are your processing and shipping times?

Currently, ready made items typically ship within 24 hours Monday -Friday. Made to order items have a 3-5 day processing time and will ship out within 5 business days. We do our best to get your items made sooner but do not want to sacrifice our quality.

What shipping service do you use?

For small lighter items, these typically ship using USPS. For larger items like gnomes we like to use UPS, which is many times then transferred to USPS. On occasion we will ship using FedEx if the rate is comparable.

How do I know if the item I am interested is Ready to Ship or Made to Order?

Every listing will include if the item is Ready to Ship or Made to Order at the end of the description.

Can my order be cancelled?

Ready to Ship items can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase since these items ship so quickly.

Made to Order item can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns; however, if you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out so we can do our best to make it right. Although we strive for perfection, handmade items are not always perfect. This is part of the charm and uniqueness you receive with each and every order.

Why are your prices different on Etsy?

All of my Etsy listings include the shipping built into the prices. The prices are lower on DakergirlDesigns.com and the shipping fees will be added at the end when you check out. Once the shipping is added, the price will be the same as in the Etsy store.
